Darts-ip also offers a patent case law database which has been developed by experts in the field to enable you to perform very precise case law searches. You can search using the general search criteria (party name, patent title etc.) and can perform searches based on very specific points of law. It is also possible to combine the general and point of law searches.

the global assessment of the novelty criteria with respect to the state of the art. If you want to be more precise you can refine your search to find decisions dealing with specific types of inventions, e.g. a selection in a group of compounds or a selection of parameter ranges
