1. We collect decisions from across Europe
Every day, our operations team travels around Europe, sends letters to local courts and spends time on the internet finding the latest decisions. Darts-ip currently covers 25 of the EU Member States and is aiming to cover the entire EU in the next couple of years.
2. We analyse every single decision
Each and every decision is analysed by our legal team. During the analysis process, we record the important legal information (points of law, product comparisons, classes, links to other decisions,...), and factual information (parties, trade marks, courts, dates, decision levels,...) contained in each decision.
3. Search functions tailored to the needs of IP professionals
The search functions and search interface were inspired by the way in which IP professionals think and work. This makes our database a very intuitive and precise search tool.
4. A constantly updated knowledge base on CJEU and General Court decisions
In addition to our databases, we also offer an online knowledge base of CJEU and General Court case law. The content is updated as soon new decisions are handed down.
5. New features and new products
Darts-ip is an application service provider meaning that its services are made available exclusively via the internet. There is therefore no need to install software, all you need is a computer with an internet connection.
New ideas and improvements are incorporated on average every three months. Customers automatically have access to these improvements and can request access to our new products with just one click.
